Microgreens are the miniature plants of edible herbs, vegetables and leafy greens, they’re not sprouts or baby greens
Microgreens are grown in soil (not in water like sprouts) and are harvested

Not all microgreens are created equal, but some contain up to 40% more nutrients than their fully grown plants. Here’s what you can expect to find…
Minerals
Potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper. These macro- and microelements are essential for optimal cell function.
Vitamins & Antioxidants
Vitamins A, B, C, E, K, flavonoids & polyphenols. These neutralize free radicals in the body, reduce oxidative stress and prevent chronic disease.
Sulforaphane
A sulfur-rich compound possessing antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It inhibits carcinogens from binding to DNA and wards off chronic disease.
