Red Radish, Daikon Radish and Ruby Red Radish.

Peppery heat with a sweet radish finish.

Chef’s Blend

Red Clover, Broccoli Raab, Purple Kohlrabi.

Mild nutty, cabbage-like flavour with a fresh finish.

Spring Mix

Broccoli, Daikon Radish, Red Clover and Alfalfa.

Classic garden freshness with a mild earthy flavour.

CLASSICS

Micro Broccoli

Mild sweet flavour with a hint of fresh broccoli.

High in sulforaphane, antioxidants, Vitamins, A, C, calcium, iron and phosphorus.

Ruby RED Radish

Classic radish flavour with a mild peppery heat.

Contains vitamins A, B, C, E, K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Amino Acids, Carotene, Chlorophyll, Antioxidants and Protein.

Sunflower

Full of crunch with a mild nutty flavour. Hints of lemon and almond.

Contains all the amino acids needed to form a complete plant protein. Also contains vitamins B and E, zinc, chlorophyll, potassium and magnesium.

Speckled Pea

Classic garden fresh flavour, crunchy and very sweet.

Contains vitamins A, B, C and E, calcium, chlorophyll, iron, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium and amino acids.
